BishengJDK11在线程操作中发生不正确的阻塞行为

测试用例中多次创建ScheduledThreadPoolExecutor并调用一系列内部函数，当使用BishengJDK-8执行测试用例时可以正常结束，但是BishengJDK-11和17无法正常结束，阻塞在程序当中。
我们认为这可能与core-libs:java.util.concurrent有关。
