代码拉取完成，页面将自动刷新
【标题描述】
isula从163镜像仓库pull镜像失败，相同镜像地址docker pull正常。
isula与docker均未执行login等其他操作。
【环境信息】
硬件信息：
x86_64虚机两套环境测试现象相同
软件信息：
1） os版本：openEuler 21.03
2） 内核信息：5.10.0-4.17.0.28.oe1.x86_64
3） 发现问题的组件版本信息：isula v2.0.8与最新源码编译安装版本现象相同

执行isula pull hub.c.163.com/public/centos:6.7-tools

【实际结果】
镜像拉取失败，报错如下：
