问题原因：如果镜像中包含的目录路径指向一个解压目标路径的symlink，isulad当前会不进行解压。
解决方案：在解压时去掉ARCHIVE_EXTRACT_SECURE_SYMLINKS flag，遇到上述路径会继续解压
