[openEuler 22.03] crct10dif校验算法劣化

问题现象：1、在4.19内核中，使用crct10dif_ce算法时，使用单job跑io时，请求带宽只有200M左右；通过top命令可以观察到，当前跑fio的cpu利用率已经达到100%，因此当前我们怀疑ce算法比较消耗cpu
2、通过增加线程数的方式，fio带宽可以达到标准值
3、以前neon算法，使用单job（单线程）进行fio测试，带宽可以达到标准值（1G），而且跑fio的cpu占用率只有80%左右
