Remove some lruvec page accounting functions
add 64k exec, see thp_exec_enabled
add 64K algin mapping, see thp_mapping_align
add 64K(order 4) to pcplist, see pcp_allow_high_order
mm: add per-order mTHP alloc and swpout counters
