openEuler22.03 LTS版本，物理机上使用NVidia A100单机多卡场景时，通过nvlink可以提升系统GPU、GPU、CPU吞吐能力。需要安装nvidia对应的nvidia fabric manager组件。类似下载路径中，没有openEuler22.03 LTS可以使用的软件包，https://docs.nvidia.com/datacenter/tesla/pdf/fabric-manager-user-guide.pdf。
