发生了什么问题？

Known Failure List files (KFL) are used by arkcompiler_runtime_core Continuous Integration (CI) to track failures in tests that are already known and reported. Ignored but passes tests should be removed from ignore list.
Add chapter to pre-merge jobs faster.

期望行为是什么？

KFL lists need to be up to date to properly reflect previously discovered and reported test failures so that CI reports are accurate.

如何复现该缺陷

Execute tests. If there is a failure in the test that is not listed in KFL this means KFL are out of date.
