头文件对函数LOS_HwiCreate的参数有如下注释(https://openharmony.gitee.com/openharmony/kernel_liteos_a/blob/master/arch/arm/include/los_hwi.h#L365)：

* @param  hwiMode    [IN] Type #HWI_MODE_T: hardware interrupt mode. Ignore this parameter temporarily.

看源代码，hwiMode被使用了，反倒是hwiPrio没用。考虑到这个文档注释可能作为API展示给开发者或用户，因此建议将上述最后一句话调整给hwiPrio。
