Appearance & Root Cause

定时同步失败，上传归档时使用了没有归档完成的包，导致部分包丢失

Fix Solution

已删除同步失败的目录重新同步，并验证文件完整性，后续增加同步与上传流程后的完整性校验

重新归档2.3.B020版本完成，无缺失
