背景：
1、A-Tune安装需要大量的依赖包，有可能与客户业务已使用的包冲突，造成客户业务失败
2、手动安装大量的包，安装过于繁琐，客户体验不好
需求：
1、将依赖包以及A-Tune本身都打包到一个二进制文件中，另外可以有单独的配置文件进行配置
