需求描述：为了方便查询cve对应的安全公告，便于快速的获取cve的补丁信息，建议在openEuler的安全公告中增加基于cve编号来搜索安全公告的功能。在安全公告的描述中包括cve编号，可以对安全公告描述的搜索来实现该功能。
