本项目使用的springboot 版本选择1.5.9.release,
springcloud版本选择Dalston.RC1。
springcloud config server\client 用的是Camden.SR6版本，兼容1.4.x和1.5.xspringboot
最新的springCloud是Finchley M8，兼容 Spring Boot 2，不兼容1.5.X的springboot。
